From West:
US Hwy 41 to Main Ave. exit in DePere. (Exit #163 going south or #163A going north). Turn east on Main Ave. Go approximately 1 mile to Nicolet Highlands sign, turn right on 5th Street, go 1 block and turn left on Grant Street to Nicolet Highlands entrance.

From East:
Cross Fox River. Go approximately 1/4 mile to 4th St. Turn left, go 2 blocks to Grant St. and turn right to Nicolet Highlands.
